haters gonna hate.

...is actually a really good philosophy to live one's life by. think about it, there's always going to be someone out there who decides to judge or make you feel bad for who you are and what you do. and most likely they will have no qualms about making their feelings known to you. often in a less than polite manner. but at the end of the day, who really cares about what those people think? most likely they are unhappy about their own lives, therefore your life must be better. so in the end, you're winning. people who hate only seek to bring us down. the only way to win is to not let them win! brush off the negativity, do not let the mud stick. for every one person who is a hater in your life, there are probably 10 people who love you, believe in you, and who think you are amazing. i never thought until now that my old high school motto would hold so much meaning. let your light so shine!
