Healthy Lifestyle...

so i haven't done one of these in a while because well, i'l be honest, i haven't been maintaining an overly healthy lifestyle. however, i'm getting back on track. i've decided to buy myself some weights, and ive been experimenting with some healthy recipies. i made a great tofu and veggie stir-fry with malaysian satay sauce the other day, which is great if you're lazy when it comes to cooking like i am. literally all i did was chop up some veggies, cut up the 'ready to eat' tofu and throw it all in the wok with the pre-bought sauce for five minutes. also kiwi fruit is in season at the moment which makes eating fruit easier. just have to beat those night-time cravings for junk food and i'll be on my way!
