healthy lifestyle day 1

so im trying this new thing where i live as healthily as possible. i figure that blogging about it regularly will hold me somewhat accountable and keep me on the right path, unlike other countless failed attempts at this goal. so today, i ate strawberries instead of biscuits, avocado mash on toast instead of doritos and sour cream, and made myself a delicious smoothie. later i am going to piloxing for my excercise for the day. hopefully in the near future these pots will be marginally more creative and interesting to read. smoothie recipe:berry yogurt, strawberries, mango, 'smart juice' (containing banana, mango, passionfruit, orange, apple, ginseng, ginkgo and something else i cant remember),place in blender and blend BLEND BLEND!!!! (charlie reference for the unenlightened)
